WILL MY LOGO BE SOLD TO ANYONE ELSE?
No! Once a logo is sold, that’s it. It is taken out of production.
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
Once approved, you will receive you logo in both black and white and colour, with (if applicable) and without the tagline as a jpg, png, and pdf. If there is an icon we will also include a separate file of it so you have the option of using it on its own. We can also let you know what fonts were used.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
Turnaround time for your customized logo is one business day. Once we have approval, you will receive your final files within another business day.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
Once you place your order, we will create work your business name (and tagline) into the logo and submit it to you for review. Your order includes one round of changes. These changes must be strictly related to the name and positioning. It does not include changes to the font, colour or overall design. Should you wish to make additional changes, we would be happy to offer a custom quote.
