  • We ask for 30 days notice to cancel your plan. Although we recommend a commitment of at least 3 months.

  • No. Hours expire at the end of each month.

  • Additional hours are often available, although not guaranteed. This time is discounted for retainer clients based on which plan you choose.

  • Quarterly reports can be provided which a high-level look at how hours are being used. Clients can also request that they receive a notification when they reach their aloted hours for the month.

  • Absolutely. Non-retainer work is given a flat-rate quote based on scope. Send a message with a brief description of what you are looking for and I would be happy to provide a quote.

  • Hours can be used for any service provided by Pye Design except for branding (logo design). This includes, but is not limited to, website design, print design, marketing, illustration, and content writing. Pricing does not include additional costs such as stock photography, fonts, hosting and domains.
